The Northern

has been
built over a period of
fourteen years by artists,
Robert Pope, Robert Todonai and Irene
Brown.
The
Castle
on the Hill Bed and Breakfast
has been constructed using quarried
stone from the Northern Rivers,
mud brick and heavy timbers salvaged from
old bridges in the Tweed
Valley.
Most of the solid furniture is River Red Gum from Victoria.
