This months meditation facilitator is Elias Harmony. He will be conducting Bajan & Vocal Chackra Alignment Meditation.  I am looking forward to it.  Apart from singing mantras, we will be having a meditation session as well. Check out his beautiful flyer.  His voice is as beautiful as his flyer.

The Raw Food pot luck dinner will be held at the Castle on the 16th September.   Please bring a Raw food platter to share and enjoy the feast and conversation.  For those of you who do not know much about Raw food making, just bring a plate of fruit or nuts and join us for the experience. Menkit is prepared to make a platter for you for $20 if you give her notice. I went for the first time last month and thoroughly enjoyed the event.  The food was delicious.  My body loved the food that was entering my system!!!  Come for 6pm .
